Essaouira, called « the wind city » is a of course the ideal place for every windy sea based activities:

« Le printemps des Alizés » held in the begginning of May : classical music
« Le festival Gnaoua » held in the end of June: : Gnawa & world music: the most famous one (450 000 festival goers in 2009)
« Le festival des andalousies atlantiques » held in the end of October: Judeo-Maroccan music
